My twenty years’ experience in HR, often in contexts of growth or turnaround, have shown me, day after day, that people are at the heart of every successful, lasting transformation. Relationships are crucial, but so are listening and trust. We need to give meaning to every individual’s contribution, get people at every level of the company on board.
These are the pillars of the approach I wanted for Kanvaa, the pillars of an embodied social and human-centric architecture.
